Dear Country Coordinators, Please fill out the registration forms for students, mentors (& CC) and observers (& guests).

Please also note the Consent forms and the Competition rules. The Consent form for mentors has to be signed by all CCs, mentors, observers and guests. The Consent forms for students must be signed by the legal representatives for the students.

Lastly, the Competition rules have to be signed by both the students and their legal representatives. It is advised that signed Consent forms and Competition rules be scanned and sent in to us as digital pdf-files, one file per signed document. This will simplify the administrative work. However, if a CC decides to bring along physical copies of the signed Consent forms and Competition rules to EOES 2026, this will also be accepted.

All delegations should arrive at Lund C (the central train station of Lund) on May 2nd, where they will be met by their respective student guides for further transport in Lund to the registration at Elite Hotel Ideon.

After registration, mentors, guides and observers will check in at Elite Ideon Hotel, while the guides will bring the students to Motel L, where the students will be checked in. In the evening, there will be a Welcome Dinner, which will be held at AF Borgen, the centre of student life in Lund.

When making travel arrangements, it is highly advised that flights for Kastrup Airport in Copenhagen are booked. From Kastrup Airport, trains leave every 15 minutes for Lund throughout the whole day. It is also advised that tickets for the train ride be bought only when you arrive at Kastrup Airport. The train station “Köbenhavn Lufthavn” is located in Terminal 3 and is easily accessible via escalators and elevators.
